Nothing but problems. Wouldn't open until I uninstalled/reinstalled 3 times alongside restarting my phone. Promo code would not process initially, and once at checkout would not process payment regardless of the method or payment option I tried. It was bad enough the initial shipment I ordered online was left outside of my shop long before business hours right on the sidewalk of a busy street. Great coffee, but unfortunate the service is so terrible I'll likely opt for a different coffee maker.

I placed an order through this app for the first time, and the order (weeks later) has never been assigned an order number or progressed beyond the pending state, despite the payment having been retrieved from my account. Customer Service told me they have no record of the order (I can clearly see it listed in my account's orders, so that's confusing) and said there's nothing they can do. They told me to issue a charge back with my bank. Definitely would not recommend using this app.

Coupons never work. For example, today there's a code for spend $125+, get two free sleeves so I add $126 to my cart add the coupon code and it says "conditions not met". Last I checked, $126 is more than $125 and I triple checked that I was using the correct code for my type of pod. This was my third attempt at ordering since installing the app but the coupons give error messages each time. Save yourself the trouble and just use the website.
