I was enjoying this game. I just started playing recently and loved the multiple different styles of Sudoku offered. BUT, I need to delete this game due to the ad interruption in the middle of completing a puzzle. It showed I was 30% of the way through and an ad popped up, not good, ruined the whole experience of the game from enjoyable to irritating/frustrating.

I really enjoy the game and the variations. Unfortunately I can't play it because I keep getting stuck in Temu ads I can't get out of. If I exit the game and restart it, the Temu ad is still there. It doesn't time out or ever give me the option to exit out of it. Also the back button does not work to get out of it. Nothing works. You need to put parameters on your advertisers and how they run their ads.

A video showing the situation and your actions would be even better. Ads are displayed by advertising network modules; we have no contact with advertisers.

After winning a bunch of games against other players, the "ads not available" starts popping up very frequently. This prevents you from reviving after a third miss (which happens fairly frequently due to a nerve condition causing my hands to twitch). It also prevents you from viewing an ad to gain double points for a set time. Otherwise, its a great game that I enjoy playing until the "ads not available" starts popping up.

We do everything possible to ensure that advertising is available in the game. However, not everything depends on us in this matter. The actual display of advertising is controlled by the advertising networks. The advertising networks have its own additional criteria and restrictions that we cannot influence.
