The app takes a while to upload search results. The seat selection feature does not work. You have to keep swiping a dozen times to get the seat legend to go up or down. Worst of all, the app will close and completely erase all your progress in booking, leaving you at square one. I'm not sure the web app is any better. I'm pretty upset with pal. I have given them good business, and yet this is still the best their app can do.

The "Pay Now" button is not working. I'm clicking the "Pay Now" button multiple times...and it's just not doing anything. The most important part of business is payment. But it's not working on your app. I spent an hour or more choosing flights, putting in info, and choosing seats, and now I can't move on to pay? Now must close the app to start over. Huh? Hello Developers? I may have to choose another airline. This is a waste of time and too risky.

I tried several times to book flights with errors so frustrating. A great airline it is the app that needs MAJOR improvements. It makes me want to just book another airline. You put all your information in correctly then I get a message repeatedly. " ONE ERROR CHECK YOUR IMPUT " What input ??? doesn't explain or the fact you cannot do currency conversion at the end for payment.
