Update: lost two stars. Notifications are happening about every minute when i dont want them and not happening when i do want them. Also, I wouldn't be writing this poor review if it didn't ask for one from the very first time I open the app. Good idea, poorly implemented! Would be 5 stars if it didn't keep asking me to connect to Google when I want to log water intake. Otherwise, I love the graphic, and the ability to change fasts and do a custom fast.

The app is easy to use and you can create your own fast hours. I added a 36 hour fast, which ended up being 42 hours. Unfortunately, I forgot to end on the app before I ate by about 30 minutes. When I went to edit the time, after I saved the end time to 30 minutes less, it had a time of 18 hours. I reviewed the dates and times for start and end and they were correct. When the fast is under 24 hours, editing is not an issue, only when fasting more than 24 hours and an edit is needed on the time.

I have done it before, I like that you can manually put in your fasting times on this app for Pro, I am excited about trying this app out.seeing how it works, all the other apps out there are so hard to use, especially when I go over the length of my fast and I want to start fasting for my dinner it tells me I have to wait until like 12am to eat, it won't let me change the end time, so I am hoping this one allows me to. so far I like the app. give it a try, you will also.
