Most surveys don't give you points, but uploading receipts is getting better. The only one I'm having trouble with is the "ANY CHICKEN". No matter what kind of chicken, like nuggets, wings, etc. Mypoints customer care WILL NOT ACCEPT. I downloaded it so that when I don't have my laptop I could still get my daily points, but I was wrong because surveys are harder to get points for, and Discover never works. MyPoints is getting harder to do.

In all of my years using apps, this is the absolute worst app I've ever encountered. You'd think a company that rewards you for reporting your purchases or using them as an intermediary would have it together. I can't upload receipts without it constantly crashing or limiting how many I upload in a ten day period of time, always making me behind and I can't catch up. I have a pile of receipts lying around constantly, only because of the nonsensical limitations of its use.

The app is really bad lately. Surveys constantly crash. If you accidentally press back button during survey it closes. And often times there is a screen that says this can't be right and when you click continue it takes you to a print error page. Trying to submit a ticket crashes half the time too. clearly they don't read reviews. ive tried to use their help section to report but it crashes
