New app requires you to enter a credit card to use rewards. Will only track rewards if you have your payment card already in-app, but there's no way to enter virtual cards from Samsung/Google Wallet. Now I'm forced to get a paper receipt (waste!) and take a picture of it or key in a bunch of data in hopes that I might get the points. Backward and stupid. Every other restaurant app has a QR code to scan. Chipotle can handle it. Freebirds used to, but they lost a customer today.

This is the worst restaurant app I have ever used. Constantly freezes up, reloads, and loses all progress and on top of that will just send you to the website half of the time. Doesn't let you cancel an order anywhere clearly after you have put one in, and will automatically add the highest amount of tip that it can (25%) without telling you. You have to look at the receipt and manually put in the "custom amount" if you do not want to tip. Also is not faster than just getting in line yourself.

Terrible update. This New app sucks. I order every day and now I have to drive to the store multiple times to order and then come back later to pick it up because the app fails to complete the order and the store won't answer the phone. It doesnt let you save frequently ordered items. The search feature to find a store doesn't work. You just have to scroll through it. I have almost 23,000 points so I used to use the old app just fine. This update never should have made it past testing.
