Update: I was able to open the game, but somehow my progress was only saved up to level two. I don't know what level I was on, but it was definitely at least in the 400s or something like that. I tried both Facebook and Google logins, and they both took me to the same level 2. It has been a fun game that you can play without spending any or hardly any money. The main game is fun with different levels and the little side games and team games also keep things interesting.

Update: Thank you for resolving this issue so quickly! I'm getting a server internal error when loading the game. I've been playing this game for a while and I've never had any issues until now. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I then tried using my log in info through Google and Facebook to open my save data. Nothing is working. It just keeps telling me about the error.

The "Server Internal Error" you're encountering has now been fully resolved. Please simply restart the game (no need to reinstall), and you’ll be able to log in via Google or Facebook as usual—your save data is safe and will load correctly.

I'm so hooked on this game. I can't tell you how many hours I've played! I love that I can play for as long as I want with no ads, that it holds your progress and that the mini games rotate. I really enjoy the Christmas Gala side game and I hope there'll be another themed one like it when it finishes. There's so much to do, you never get bored. The only thing I can think to make it even better would be to get credit for the power up points you don't use at the end. Thank you SO MUCH!!
