Horrible experience so far. i was forced to switch to this app with no warning in order to keep paying my mortgage. Both the app and the website do not let me sign in or create an account; all it says is "something went wrong, try again later." I've been trying again later for 3 weeks now, and nothing has changed. The automated phone system is awful; if it decides it can't help you, it will just hang up on you.

Always has worked great for me. Also three amortization calculator is amazing to help calculate how additional payment money affects the payments left on your loan. dropped to 2 stars due to the amortization calculator not showing my extra principle paid anymore for a few months now, emailed them and couldn't get any answers. called and deleted app and looked on the website and still no info like there used to be. used to show interest and payments saved to date now shows zero saved. lame

Worst mortgage company I've ever worked with, which is bad considering the last one forgot to pay my property tax. So far they bought my mortgage company, didn't give any warning that an app switch over would be forced, the app won't let me create an account, refused to help via email for a week, if I call it asks for my account number which doesn't exist, or my ssn which tells me I don't have an account. When the automated call system can't help, it hangs up on you instead of getting someone.
