Loaded 2 different times...can set up profile, search for stores, etc. The only thing I can't do is SHOP! First message says, 'sorry it's taking longer to load'. Second message says, 'server error'. Tried to chat but and that works except when I send text with my problem and each time I get 'agent ended chat'. I have money, I want to buy shoes, too bad app won't let me shop.

DEV: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR APP AND WEBSITE! I tried using this app because I've not been able to get the website to load. Well, the app has similar issues, so it's really no help. It loads slowly, if at all, and it has lots of errors. I can finally get some shoes to load after several attempts, but can't successfully buy them because I get an error every single time at that point. So, unless you want to window shop at the pace of a snail riding on a turtle's back, I would NOT suggest this app.

This app needs improvement. when looking at shoes and clicking on one I use the back button to go back to all the shoes. when I hit the back on this app it closes it. another thing is that it doesn't have a wishlist tab and lastly it takes a bit to load results. They do have a great selection of shoes for the family though. It's basically like famous footwear and the rewards program is the same too. The app can use some improvement.
