My glasses are connected but I cannot upload my pictures or videos because it keeps saying that 1. There's an update that I can't seem to get even though I just downloaded the app. 2. It can never find the device (the glasses) even thought they're already connected. I've tried to troubleshoot this 100 times already and still nothing. The glasses are telling me they're taking video but I have no way of seeing the videos.

Easy to use, connected quickly and seamless to my glasses. Translator tool and AI assistance works great with quick responses. Just wish they would add Norwegian language for the translator.
