Wors Telecom company no offers and very expensive in Oman I have been using for 3 months but in 5 riyal Data pack recharge it will give you only 7 GB and it has very slow internet

I tried the e-recharge option through the app and my card was charged but I didn't get the recharged amount. Contacted customer service but no help. They asked me to wait for 3 days to 1 week to see if I will get the amount back to my account. Very bad app service.
