We have bought this. Doesn't work properly all the time crushes and can't login at all for ages. 5 people we use this on the business. So many times crushes when we are on phone with customers. Trying to login and apparently messages like "incorrect pass or user name" pop-up the screen. (We don't put anything incorrect " last time we pay it. We found a better service.

Too often it doesn't even open at the moment when I want to use it, that is very unfortunate. When it opens, it works already fine, except that repetitive events can be properly managed only on web. I'm paying the service behind so I would expect better. On the other hand the customer service is very helpful.

I am trying to set up payments and the website is just terrible. I submitted every data it asked for and a day later it is all gone. I am trying to fill it in again and site does not allow me to fill in the field which is required. 40 minutes with customer support and nothing
