Lots of times the app just dies and stops working. Or it doesn't have any prizes worth getting so points just sit and rot. But as of right now I cannot even access the app. It won't let me sign in. It won't even get to the log in screen Just stuck on a "processing" screen. But I'm not surprised. Been using it for years and the app works when it wants Edit: emailed support and got nothing back. Again not surprised. They've only seemingly answered one person here and told them to email support.

After using the app for 2 yrs, I can say w/ confidence that it only works about 50% of the time. Many times it doesn't fully load completely. I've rebooted, toggled wifi, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. And because the app doesn't work half of the time it also ruined my streak days on more than one occasion. Not only that, they removed most of the rewards and there's hardly anything to choose from. The only thing this app does is frustrate me. You'd think a tech company would have better software.

For the most part it's been okay. It's def slow & lags frequently. I'm kinda bummed right now because the Masked Maximizer game crashed on me. My points were just over 78,xxx,xxx 😭 It restarted me at 0. I know it's just a game, but it's a bummer for sure. Otherwise, it's been a great resource for me. As far as the comments about prizes not being worth anything 🤯 Say what?! There's phones, luxury brand home/baby items, visa/food gift cards & so much more!
