I love this app until today when I can no longer split the sound volume between the right and left hearing aids. up until today. that was something I could always do. AI told me to go to the three bar, menu app settings, slide selection but that selection appears to no longer be there. if insignia being bought out by the other company is the cause of this, I wish the new company would wake up and restore that capability in the app as I use it. Only reason I've downgraded app to 4 stars

Hi Linda. Typically, if the option to split the volume sliders is missing, that means the Bluetooth connection between the app and hearing aids is disconnected. You can try to go to the 3 lines > Settings > Stop the app. Afterwards, reopen it and see if the connection is established.

I keep getting a tinny sound of my voice and others. I also hear static in my right heart ear. Plus, I don't think the app is user friendly as far as trying to get back to where I adjust each ear separately. This app could definitely be improved on. My husband wears hearing aids also. He is a tech guy by profession. He isn't happy with the app either. UPDATE: terrible app. we constantly fight our settings, getting dropped off bluetooth, a long wait for the hearing aids to connect, and more.

If the aid sounds too tinny, you can go to the Balance section of the app to bring the slider towards Soft. This will work regardless of the Bluetooth connection status (may need to put the phone in Sound mode, not vibrate/mute if Bluetooth is missing). We will work on Bluetooth stability and hope that future release improves the experience.

Just another day that ends in Y. Since the most recent update, my hearing aids are not automatically pairing with my Bluetooth. Prior to that, the late November update stop connecting the hearing aids to the app. The only solution is to delete the app and reinstall it. then I need to run through the setup again before I'm actually connected to the app. I drove 30 minutes to my audiologist's office to see if there's something wrong that they could fix. They told me it was the app.

We apologize for the inconsistent performance. We can try a full unpairing/repairing by following the steps on the Connectivity & pairing page at signia.net/support. If you'd like to work with our end user support team, their contact information can also be found on that landing page. We hope to improve the functionality in future versions.
