I love this app and have used it as a trusted partner on my Galaxy watch6 for approx two years. However the watchface has stopped working in the last month... not sure if it is Dexcom who is to blame but the follower sharing is constantly interrupted. It says that there is a server outage in Dexcom (Internet issue) however according to Dexcom all their servers are online and operational. Is there way to reset both the phone and watch app? Simply reinstalling hasn't helped.

Great communication!!....I had an issue with app when I changed watches and the help that I rec'd to get me back up and running was truly beyond my expectations. Anyone needing to see your CGM readings on your watch will benefit from this. Highly recommended.

Thanks for this. Works well on Watch 4 after it updated to latest Wear OS, did not have any trouble or even prompts with permissions. The new watch face is even better than the earlier built in version and nice to have customization options. Nicer background colors and value labels are easiers to read.
