1. Tap Start Measurement on the main screen
2. Place your fingertip over the rear camera lens
3. Hold still — the flash activates automatically
4. Wait about 15 seconds
5. View your BPM, zone, confidence, and full analysis
TIPS FOR BEST RESULTS
• Cover the camera lens completely with your fingertip
• Press gently but firmly — don\'t press too hard
• Stay still and breathe normally during measurement
• Measure at rest for baseline heart rate readings
