Since 1st Dec, 2025 I am Mailing, sending messages to customer support of the kutuki app.. but there is no reply coming from the kutuki help center.. I have paid for the December subscription, the app is still locked and now it's been 20 days but there is no reply from any of the executives of the app. It's very sad... I am not able to cancel the subscription as the app is showing I haven't paid the subscription for this month... it's very very disappointing...

Bro. This app was a memory of me! Actually, I found in YouTube advertisement. Not gonna lie but I am 9 years old and in class 5.I was looking for this app since 2021.It brakes complex topics into simpler forms.I love the animation. BUT I have a small request to the developer that PLEASE add some more stories and that all. (Because I am a Bengali) because I do NOT like inequality!. So, that's all I want to say. Byeeeeeeee.

It looks like a great app and I want to use it to help my kid learn Hindi but on my child's tablet (Xiaomi Pad 6) for the option of writing the varnmala, the lines don't appear (touch doesn't work) on the top part of the letters. I can provide screenshots and other details if needed. I'm still trying the app and if this doesn't work, I'll be very sorry but I cannot pay for a subscribtion.
