the app is very useful. Just scan what item you want and it let's you know if it's eligible. I did discover that some items that aren't eligible may be when you check out. I had several items that was covered that wasn't eligible. Also scanning can be difficult at times while shopping but the more you use it the easier it gets. Totally worth the savings

USE 'OTC Network' INSTEAD. The worst app I've ever used. Going back with gesture navigation will exit the app and the session. Select 'Order Online' and there's no app navigation. Support says to scan UPC in app for eligibility. As far as I can tell there's nowhere in the app to scan. Just electronic payment info. Online prices are extremely high, but they are forcing you to order online by not having a way to check products in a store.

Very disorganized, categories have items all mixed together. I went $4 over the limit, put my credit card number in to cover the balance and it wouldn't process the order. Called the help number and was told to go back in and take something off the order so I would be at or under my limit due to a problem with the website. I did that then the order went through. First time using this and very discouraged.
