I bank with SB for nearly 10 years now and must say that I am quite disappointed with their internet banking solutions overall. Particulary this app doesn't launch most of the times, not to mention that most of transactions fail to get processed for no reason whatsoever. Still a long way to go until it becomes a reliable service. I expect much more from such a Bank.

The app has improved alot. Thank you for the new version. I Just want to highlight that I have opened a fixed deposit account iside the app and the account doesn't appear anywhere in the app.. please work on it, it might be a bug or the app isn't configured to that yet, however it is important for clients to see all of their accounts and balances.

I'm sorry to say but in compariaon to apps from other banks like BAI I don't find tha app straight forward enough added to the fact that it often stops responding. I think for a bank like Standard Bank, they can do better. It can definitely be massively improved!
