This app is incredibly deceptive. It doesn't tell you anywhere that the appt time you're selecting will have a 20%+ upcharge because it's a "high demand time slot" until you're just about to confirm. No indication whatsoever until that point (I don't know what the yellow dot means because the upcharge applies to times without it). SO, if you're lucky enough to notice it, you'll have to just try another over and over until you find a time that doesn't charge you an extra $50(!!!). What a scam.

The calendar integration is absolutely terrible. We have to resync every time we get a Square appointment. This has led to double-booking multiple times. Also, not a great app for estheticians, it's clearly geared toward hair, nails. It seems more suited for freelancers vs. professional businesses. One other thing - there are tons of scammers on this platform, be careful when people reach out via messaging, asking for services.

I've had this app for years now and the one thing I like is to be able to charge a no-show fee. hold deposits for new clients and typically easy to use. My issues are when receiving notifications through text, I dont ever get one. They charge my client a fee to book, and I also just recently bought a new device and I cannot log into my account. there is no customer service number to call, everything is done through email and a problem like being unable to log in to conduct business is not ideal.
