* Your subscription will be charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
* An active subscription cannot be canceled before the active subscription period has ended. However, you can turn auto-renew on/off in your Google Play account settings.

fantastic app, even with the free version. I don't even notice ads (edit: I'm a goober, there aren't even ads in the first place), and the features are very intuitive. The muscle map, extensive exercise library (again, even on the free version), and the whole setup overall makes it easy to track workouts and stay motivated with exercise. I'm genuinely pleased.

Great app! It does almost everything you need to track your weightlifting. Most features are free. The only "ads" you see are the occasional offers to try the premium version. Only advanced users probably need to pay for that. It can be a little overwhelming at first due to all the features, but it only takes a small amount of time to learn them. They also have a great podcast that provides helpful advice on training.

I'm using the free version, and it has all I need. once you figure out how to navigate it lol, it becomes super easy. Another plus is the fact that if you are using a different app/coach/whatever, and an exercise is called one thing, but you can't find that name in the list of exercises... you can custom make it. An example is my Ski Row. The closest thing listed was either a straight arm pullover or a dumbbell tricep kickback... both have part of the movement, but not exactly, so I created it

What’s new

A requested feature is for the app to lift the weights for you. We haven’t solved that one, but we’ve finally made a program summary for when you complete a training program that’s at least three weeks. Hooray!

And starting with this version, you’ll get an indication in the calendar when the date of your planned workouts has passed without you training them.

We’ve also tweaked the design of our calculators, added a milestone for the Progress Pics feature, and improved our strength levels.
