ordered trips come in different cars drivers, model, and car plate number, than the description for the a particular trip. why?! it happened 3 times. And then with a yellow smile they ask me to cancel the ride, so charges will be incur to my account. It's an experience that ruins your day it's a waste of time and effort and completely unsafe w irresponsible assigned drivers for this app. It used to be more accurate and officially deserved the review rating at 4.8 when I signed up. Now its 4.4!

This was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had I left my wallet and keys in the car and couldn’t reach the driver or support. I was far from home with no money or ID and was left in a very distressing situation. The driver later demanded AED 200 to return my wallet, which I paid under pressure. The payment was treated as a tip and I was also charged a lost item fee. I lost trust in the service completely. There is no direct emergency customer service number

Editing my review to make it fair for regions: This review is for Qatar- I mean... The app works at least... The service on the other hand, my gosh... I'm just gonna put it in a way for everyone reading this to understand: It's like you ordered Uber from Temu, but for the same price... No hygiene check, no good smelling rides, not the best drivers, the prices change after every ride (increase of course)
