I love this game, there is literally always something to do. the packs are reasonable, it's easy to advance without ever spending anything too. the only feedback I have is there should be a way to lock in items in the kiosk, so that when it's being auto-managed, we don't have to keep going back in and replacing the products. I'm not sure if it even affects the revenue, but it is a bit frustrating to have to keep going back to the kiosk and filling the shelves correctly.

The game is amazing. No doubt about it. However, already on the third day, and it still tells me to update when I already have the updated version. Still stuck in the loading screen, wait for 5-10 minutes for the download to start (it doesn't move though), and then the game eventually stops responding that I have to force close the app. It's a cycle now of basic troubleshooting, but it never worked. Might be uninstalling.

Has little in the way of English speaking players this makes guilds/events rough. No one will outright Ignore you as others stated, I believe it is just they don't understand English so can't respond. Very tedious gameplay unless you say to get your VIP at least R3+. Not a bad game but, prefer Isekai Slow Life. Less tedious actions and a good story. Better able to communicate with others also. Maybe add a translation function for chatting to help with language barriers between players.
