Terrible app. Very difficult to use (on newest Samsung). Could not access boarding pass after numerous attempts. The screen would show step 4 for boarding pass for a split second then go "exit check in". Every time you try to go back, it kicks you out and you have to start all over. Also doesn't remember your infomation so you have to input it every time. Tried at least 50 times in a 24hour period. So much for avoiding the line up at the airport.

We fly Airtransat exclusively when we travel to Europe. We really enjoy Club Class when the price is right. My only issue is with our next flight. Trying to pre order our meals which your site states can be done anytime up to 72 hours prior to take off. However, when we try to do this online, it states orders can only be placed prior to April 30th. I have asked a few times when this date will be changed and no has any information on it. I hope someone out there can fix this issue.

The app is pretty standard but not very intuitive. Alerts only come in at 7am any day of the week or weekend. Clicking on the alert only opens the app, then you have to go searching for something new in the app. Pretty simple fix but annoying to go through
