It use to be a good app that creates awareness about Tecno products & services, until i update it yesterday june 30, 2021 and, i started experiencing problems using it. First, it keeps logging me out &, now it won't sign me in saying 'Failed Sign in' I will increase the star ⭐ when am able to sign in again without problem. It's working now though, i had to reset my password! DEC 7, 2025 After latest update "Unable to login at this time" has been the response since 6th, couldn't access my account

Tecno spot is an unbelievably bad app because it doesn't allow me to claim my rewards like a phone or even a watch just because it isn't available in my region.
