lagging and slow and keep giving either false completed or error messages. I ended going to the office by my self. Disappointed..!

I have faced a scam in dubai but I'm not in dubai at this time and my ID has expired due to that scam now I'm unable to login even their is no option for a guest account or any inquiry portal what should I do to recover my amount?

I want to update my mobile no. in the moi app but I couldn't find any option for updating mobile no. in the app..!!!
