This might be the worst app ever created. I've rented 4 trucks using it. none of these rentals has been seamless, something always breaks, photos aren't accepted, it says you've completed the return, but, wait, it's still active when you wake up the next morning. I can't tell you how many times I've had to force stop, clear data, and re-login to try to get this thing to work. Total nightmare. Do not recommend (except when it's your only option).

My experience with Uhaul reservations, customer service calls, and this app was the worst I think I have ever had. First, my reservation location was changed without contacting me directly (emails were not clear). I arrived at 7 am at my desired location to pickup the truck. Once I got there and looked for the instructions to get the keys, I found out the reservation was moved at least 25 miles away (in the opposite direction). This app didnt have my order, I had nothing but problems.

Very unreliable. I have tried to book a trailer through it and it never let you finish the process. It gets hung up on supplies or moving help and you can't get past that phase. Then I find out from the dealership where I'm going to pick the trailer up that I have two bookings. And when checking a trailer back in, same thing it gets hung up on part of the process and doesn't let you complete the process. You guys really need to fix this. The desktop website needs work too.
