Can no longer use the app to log in absences.The option appears to have disappeared since the last update. That's 95% of what I use the app for and half the time when I go to the website to log in absences it just keeps bringing me back to the log in page. Extremely frustrating and I'm sure my employer isn't going to care why I couldn't log in my absence on time.

was in the middle of filing a claim, and got booted out saying "we're sorry, we can't save your progress at this time". When I followed the link to return to the dashboard and restart, it took me to the log in page. From there Everytime I enter my login info, it just reloads the log in page. Makes an annoying process worse

App is terrible. no phone number listed under "contact us," not that it matters anyway as it would be a miracle if you got an actual human to answer. Just constant run arounds of press this nunber and oress that number. Never an optin to soeak to an actual human. App doesn't load documents all the way. I had to email it to myself just to view all pages. also, if you want to review your absences, the notification tells you to "view absences," but nothing loads.
