Very useful for being able to track exercises assigned by physio and record pain levels throughout treatment. However, there are days - far too many lately - where logging in is impossible - tap the button and you just get a spinning circle. At this point, the only reason I'm even still trying is because my physio uses it to assign recovery exercises. If not for that, I've had moved on to another app.

one of the worst apps I've ever used. I have to keep logging in. it's the only app I know which doesn't accept BitWarden input. it's the only app I know that demands frequent logging in with no biometrics option. Then, every time I do an exercise I have to rate it, which is unnecessary. it should be optional not forced. Also, I get reminders after I have completed the exercises for the day - no intelligence at all. I tried to send this as feedback, but got a server error. Bad UX

With a few tweaks it could be really good, but has minor but frustrating flaws. It sends notifications you're scheduled to do things today - hours after you did them, and if you open the app it says you've already done it. The timer slows down if you switch to another app during the breaks. So if you're supposed to wait 60 seconds and switch to (say) Kindle to read, you can come back two minutes later and the 60s countdown has only gone down 25s.
