This is the second time this year that I cannot sign in to the app. I fill in my information and nothing happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, I have restarted my phone, I have cleared it's cache. I tried resetting the password, it will send me an email with a temporary password which works but when I try and enter a new password, nothing happens, the screen is static, nothing happens. The city of Chicago deserves better.

When it works. It works great. But they seem to do updates over night and it crashes frequently for the morning commute. So like morons we keep trying to make it work. Nobody says anything. Nobody cares. We are just left to wait until it starts working again. And why should they care? They are the chosen app. They have no competition. No alternative. Cash transactions are all but gone. it's a great way to check the schedule for metra and busses. However, this app is very frustrating. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times and the still won't accept my card. I deleted my card to add it again and it gave me an error. My card isn't expired, and it isn't low on money. I can't even load funds through the website. Please fix this bug. I noticed many have the same problem.
