This medical app is by far the least user-friendly I've encountered. The inbox displays messages out of order, making it difficult to access the desired ones. Additionally, certain messages are unclickable. The app's inconvenience sometimes requires logging in via a computer. Moreover, it lacks the capability to display any imaging directly within the app.

The customer service department is terrible and the app is not clear on some of the rules they have in place before you pay $99 for an appointment. I set one up, attended and was then told they only write a week's supply of meds on the 1st visit. You have to pay another $99 for a 2nd visit to get a refill of 1 months medication & then an additional $99 a month for each refill after that. So I am spending upwards of $300 to get a month of meds with the appointments & the script co-pay. 🤔

When I got to check in for appointments it very frequently has addresses that are not mine and I have never lived at. I have to close the app and restart to get my address to show up. I can no longer message my provider or respond to messages they send me which is extremely unfortunate because one is a specialist and they do not schedule specialist appointments over the phone. This has made making appointments extremely difficult.
