Like many others. there seems to be a problem collecting data from a tracking device that is connected. Have had several days were Active Minutes are not being updated which means points are not being awarded. I've restarted the device, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing works. Have had points show and then disappear but most of the time it's no points at all.

Fitbit data syncing is horrible, the information either doesn't sync over or is wildly inaccurate. I have missed out on hundreds, if not thousands of points from active minutes that were not properly accounted for. The solution from support is for me to painstakingly document the difference via daily screenshots from both apps @ least every two weeks to provide "proof", because they can't award points back any further. 🙄

The "Talk to agent" interface in the app is absolutely useless--if you don't use it perfectly, you end up with a blank screen instead of a chat interface. I tried a handful of times to use it, and gave up because I had to keep exiting, and going back in to type out my problem all over again. what garbage, I just sent an email to support, which I hope will be easier.
