The app pauses continuously at about every minute and a half or 2 minutes. I cannot get through a mindfulness session or a walking session without having to constantly press play so that it continues. Instead of making me feel relaxed and less stressed, it just makes me feel annoyed. Sometimes I just fast forward so that I can complete a particular day and move on to the next one. I find myself avoiding the app altogether and just walking without it.

Thanks for sharing your experience. This definitely shouldn’t be happening—audio sessions should play smoothly without frequent pauses. Please try restarting the app and checking for updates. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM APP!! They automatically deduct money from your credit card without ever notifying you they're about to do so. They charged my credit card back in July 2025 and I had to raise hell before they finally put the money back. I reminded them again that I had cancelled. Now, exactly three months later, they charged $53.04 from the same card. When I reminded them I already cancelled they said it's too late for a refund but to go on and enjoy the next three months. 🤬SCAMMED!!!

Good. For some reason my app will non sync with Health Connect even though I have followed the directions to allow permissions. But, I know my step goal based on the profile and use my fitbit to follow through. The exercises are easy and relaxing. It's been a week and I've already seen progress in my mental well being and relaxation. I've also lost a little weight.
