Steps for correct installation.

Always make sure your watch is paired to your phone when installing.
Pairing with Wi-Fi works best. You must also use the same Gmail account for Play store purchase and watch device.

When it says "installing soon" please wait at least 5 minutes then check your watch to see if installation is complete.

Another option is to install directly from your watch.
Go to Play store app on your watch and search the watch face name "NXV43" then try to install directly from your watch.

Please note you will only get charged once even if you attempt to download again if you are using same Gmail account.

easy-peazy. found the watch face I wanted. paid for it. installed it and then chose to set it as my watch face. not sure what the issue is -mayne the developer updated the process? but it was easy enough for me to set it as my watch face after choosing the NX43 from the list of available options (after purchasing it) as my watch face.

I had to email them to get help downloading the watch face. They were really quick to respond and help. This watch face is really pretty when its on your watch and easily one of my favorites.
