2 months of Billings still software NOT setup! There field APP so software can be used in field does not work and 2 months of trying to fix leaves me chasing them to get corrected! And nobody takes ownership or accountability They only seem to be interested in collecting money! Zero follow through on support....So far protect your business STAY AWAY....I even wrote the owner....they didn't care! Still can't use!!!!!!

Lacks basic features, needs a major overhaul of the entire UI. As someone who uses there phone more than a laptop out on site the app is essentially useless as I have to complete my job cards on paper and then transfer everything to workshop software on my laptop, no where to put parts and prices, it's just double handling, time consuming and almost worth cancelling my subscription. I'll give yous 3 months to turn the app into somthing usable and after that I will probably seek an alternative.

Its an improvement on the old app but still lacks functionality. Why cant my mechanics see what items and quantities are on the job card? Its great that they can edit it but it is all a bit pointless if I have to add information twice to the job card so the mechanic can see what parts and lubricants he needs. This needs to be fixed ASAP. As the manager I can't make bookings via the app which leaves me tied to the desk for a truley mobile app we need be able to take bookings and also see the calander.

To see and manage the actual job items you can do that via the Web Application. As Workshop Software is browser based, there is no reason for you to be tied to a desk. Please get in touch with the support team for information on how you can use Workshop Software away from your desk.
