Tricked & basically robbed. I can't believe I fell for it again. When running ads you can set a daily limit to how much you spend running them. Mine was $25 while using free promotional credit with a $6 booster package. You can also set a cap so it charges you $X at a time, and I set that to $100 so I would know in advance to expect a payment in case I went over. I was checking the promotional balance daily! and yet the same day it runs out, I'm charged nearly $130. And then the spam calls.

This has been my worst experience on an app ever. They are scammers only interested in selling small business owners their 'premium package'. I made the mistake of signing up which involves giving them a business phone number. I would HEAVILY ADVISE AGAINST THIS. I have reviewed over 20 calls from 'Yelp associates'. I block the number every time I get a call. This hasn't helped at all, they just use a new number. They don't give good advice, they just push for a higher cost subscription package.

For 3+ months now it has been impossible to communicate with customers requesting a quote. When we try to "Request more info" the app freezes. I have been in contact with support (sent screenshot, logs, etc.) with no luck correcting the problem. It apoears that only Android devices are affected. We are able to use the app with an iPad or on a laptop. Come on guys lets get our act together. You claim to be on the cutting edge of technology. Time to show a little love to us Android users.
