Needs a desperate update - Obselete for new phones. Changed WiFi and had to reset through the App and wasn't working. After 24hours of investigating and trying get Alexa to work I found that if you have a far older phone/Android system the App will work, this is why it wasn't working through my latest phone. Trying on any new device it will simply not process or work, I can see people have raised with Marshall but no update has been done since summer '23.

No stars for this app. Reason, it simply doesn't connect to wifi regardless of what you do. I've been on to the technical support on numerous to try and resolve this bit to no avail. I have had replacement speakers, again still no joy. All other devices in the house can connect effortlessly. Clearly this is an ongoing issue judging by similar reviews. It's got to the stage now where the helpdesk just ignore customers to avoid the hassle. Despicable service. Zero stars.

I bought the marshall stanmore 2 voice second hand in 2021 and the speaker itself is brilliant. The app on the other hand is incredibly disappointing and the fact this results the loss of up to a third of the functionality of the product is shameful. I hope Marshall make an update to the app to enable compatibility with newer software versions but I'm not holding my breath.
