Originally I rated 3 stars and I was incorrect to do so. I appreciate the response I got from the developers, and I had tried everything except what they had suggested, and that is entirely my fault! This game is wonderful, it has so many things that help it stand out. The ability to preemptively pop balloons is one of my favorites, along with the long press option and x2 energy usage. There are lots of little side quests which helps keep things fresh, and their developers are quick to respond!

Game is fun. I'd give it 5 stars, but a couple of things. I keep getting puzzle pieces, I have thousands now, but there are no puzzles to do. Why keep giving puzzle pieces if there are no puzzles? I have hundreds of thousands of stars, but it never gives you the other items to renovate so those are useless too to have so many. For WEEKS when I open the game, it pops up to update the game, but when you click it, there is no update. The game needs some work for sure.

the support chat is useless since nobody ever wants to reply. I spent money only to get booted and never received the product I paid for. it's been over two weeks, and no one has replied since I sent screenshots of everything. I do enjoy playing the game, but the support thing needs to change.
