I had some signing in problems, but Octopus have been active ln helping to resolve that. The app is good and provides helpful information. Since I do not have an in home unit, this is the only way I can track my usage day to day. Yesterday's smart meter readings are often slow to appear. In theory they should be available from shortly after midnight.

I really don't like the latest update. Although including the daily standing charge in each days usage is not a bad thing, now it's really difficult to see the daily breakdown- it's all under my finger tip! If I adjust my finger to be able to see the breakdown then I can't see the date. Before you added all this extra info, a simple tap revealed the usage and the date.

Logs me out all the time saying "for security reasons we log you out every 6 months". 6 months would be fair enough, but I got a new phone a week ago and it's logged me out twice already. Usually I'm lucky to get two months without a logout. I Wish it could show the Greener nights forecast too, for some reason this is only on their webpage. it's like they don't want their customers to easily get hold of this information. Otherwise it works ok and mostly does what it should.
