The EU Login app is developed by the European Commission to facilitate your day-to-day Multi-factor authentication for many EU applications. Once you have registered your device with your EU Login account, authentication can be done with your PIN code or using the face recognition or fingerprint. You can also use it to access EU Login protected applications via your mobile browser.
Don't have WIFI or Internet access? Don't worry, you can generate a unique code via the QR Code scanner which works offline.

Of those apps that get worse with every update. No notifications for the requests, and now, it goes one step further having you to open the app and touch on check for requests you must approve. I would also comment about the EU login too, but that's another story. Noteworthy that the app does not allow multiple accounts and it requires the google play services to run. An EU Login app that relies on google, think of that!

What an unreliable application. It forgot that I have the device registered. If I try to register with my previous pin it doesn't remember it, it just fails to register. I assume some database issue. Then if I try to register with a new pin it suddently works and all the QR codes generated are invalid instantly. It is a bit sad to be honest to witness this.

First time logging in a while. I need 2FA. OK. Realize old device that was my 2FA has been given away since then (and probably reset). No longer have access to the 2FA. I check EU website on what to do. It tells me to log in and remove the old device + add the new one. Can't. Old device is gone and reset, and the EU Login requires 2FA (which is gone). Which means I cannot log in to add the new device Words are not enough to describe my disappointment. All this for an app used 2 times in a year.
