It's a solid 4 star app for me, because I've discovered that some of the information within the app, is a bit outdated and needs an immediate update. It's also limited in personal customization, and doesn't offer much in terms of a.i. creation or, selection; like I've seen with other apps. Would love to see the development team implement more creative tools/features that would allow us to have more control over personal customization, because I'd like my A.I. assistant to look like me.

I renewed my annual subscription for your AI Chatbot on 8th January, 2026. However, I have not been able to use the Doc Master to upload pdf document and ask questions, which is the primary purpose of the subscription. Besides, I sent a mail to the customer support service on 11th January, 2026 but no response has been received as at 15/01/26. This is quite unfortunate. It's like the developer of the app is only interested in collecting money from people without delivering the expected service.

Today I accidentally pressed the 3-day free trial button and it's said easy cancellation. I have not used it for free trial but I cannot find anywhere to cancel it. I didn't provide any bank account information but they retrieved it from the system without my approval. Scams ? Please help me to cancel before trial period (21/2/2026) or should I report to the police ? I have emailed your support team and waited for the cancellation. Don't say you didn't have my email address please.
