Went to check on the status of my distribution check and suddenly, it's a broken link with an exclamation mark in my messages stating "distribution request confirmation", which sends you to an error. code. Mind you, I did everything on the phone and was assured it was sent out on the 3rd and would be here by the 8th. If you are running into errors, I resolved it by switching to desktop.

S-L-O-W and kind of clunky. Less intuitive and harder to find information or make changes. Since the app is all many customers see of Principal, you'd think they'd make more of an effort. Older versions were better. Shake that... Also, why should you have to re-sign in to the app to send a message??? At times requires re-signing into Principal after you're already signed in to the app to get additional information

App looks great and is easy to use. However, you have to be sure to have a phone number set on your account's 2 Factor Authentication Preferences. Without it, I kept getting a generic "Sorry, that didn't seem to work" message when trying to log in - when I called support, they just wanted to reset my password even though my login worked fine on browsers. The error message makes no mention about needing 2 Factor Authentication to be via SMS.
