I liked using this, better prices and safety... but not enough drivers. it wanted me to wait 30 minutes for a ride... but I am rating it 1 star because when I cancelled, it charged me for the drive because it said the driver already accepted the fare. I cancelled it as soon as it told me how long it was going to take... but apparently their system starts the clock from when you search to when they accept, so if it takes a long time to search, cancel before someone accepts, save your money

very easy to use app, great local service. the app experience is clear, simple, and very similar to other ride share apps. the rides have been in the cleanest cars I've ever been in, careful drivers, very kind and respectful people. more usership of the app will improve the number of available drivers and wait times- pretty good as is though.

I was sexually harassed and locked into a vehicle with child locks and was not at all impressed with the company's lack of action when I reported it to them. I wish I could support this app as an alternative to the big corporate apps but there is nothing really in place for rider safety at this time.
