not helpful about registration of complain, my apps often crashes , wifi is not discovered by tv, remote response is slow

absolutely useless. you going around in circles and if you finally get in a queue for an agent, you stay there forever even though there is only 1 alleged person before you.

Complete waste of time using this. A constant circular navigation of manus and impossible to find contact details of tech support. Website is the same, but once I was able to finally remove the AI chatbot from the conversation, I at least found a way to get a case number. Until I ring the number provided and it is closed. Terrible customer service.
