I have issues with both Learning and Pro. I have my information written down so I don't get it wrong and it will still not log me in. After one password reset code being sent and not working I only get a message to contact my administrator. Being able to reset a password and log in should not be reliant on whether HR is in the office or not.

maybe one of the worst app. I spent a good one full hour just to access my certification. then it won't let me.

This app is holding up my career progress. I have training modules that I'm required to complete to advance at work and the various bugs prevent me. Usually, I can't even login. I get an error message sometimes before I even enter my credentials. If I can sign in, often, modules will simply stop advancing through steps or fail to save progress. Maybe if UKG wasn't trying to do everything with their apps, they could do SOME things well.
