more than 3 times I went to branch . spoke to them and showed all my paperwork still application can't turn on I can't see transactions. no nothing at all. rude branch manager. all the time make me feel uncomfortable as I am not fluent in Portuguese. I think I should leave this bank and close the account. later resolve the matter. online .

Buggy app. I had pending payment notifications to authorise and were not showing until I forced quit the app and login again. Then when I logged in again it forced me to set up biometrics and I could not cancel or skip it and the options were greyed out. I had to force quit it. It is unacceptable to force people to set up biometrics because if somebody kills you or kidnaps you or drugs you, they can access the app, hence why I NEVER set up biometrics.

The installation of the app was forced — without it, I would lose access to homebanking. After logging in with the matrix card, they stopped sending authentication codes via SMS and started sending them through the app, which doesn't work: the codes never arrive. The experience is frustrating, the app is unreliable, and to make matters worse, it includes ads — completely unacceptable for a banking application. Terrible solution, poorly designed
