STC Bank

Honestly, stc bank made managing my money so much easier 🙌 The app is super smooth, transfers are fast (even international), and the exchange rates are really good. I also like how clean and simple the interface is — no stress, no hassle. Definitely one of the best digital banking apps I’ve used so far. Highly recommended! 💚

Not user friendly app. Agents were not helping when I needed it the most. It is requested to stc portal that send us comment box as well when you want to have stars for your service, so we can give our feedback there. Also, I did transaction on fake web I wasn't aware, through my visa card, it could be refunded via contacting merchant but stc bank did not help me in that, told me that I will get my amount back in 21 days and then they closed the ticket stating "resolved" I got no money back ever

It was good till it was STCPay. After becoming STC bank, it become worst app. I am trying to deposit money and getting error of decline transfer. Trying to comolain where they are asking screenshot or the error which is not allowed by thw app. Fed up with the service and tried to close the account where I got error that you can only close account when the account balance is 0.00 SAR. It iritatung app/service.
