Started the holiday challenge and it lost my progress. FAQ says uninstall and reinstall which I did. I lost hundreds and hundreds of spins I had saved up. Oddly it remembered how many hints I had and that I was 33 percent complete. Pretty good game but things like this make it too frustrating. Did it again. I completed yesterday, shows not complete.

I like this game but it has some very annoying glitches which means that progress is sometimes lost. it's difficult to get in touch to report issues and the Facebook page (which would be an obvious way) doesn't seem to be monitored by the game producers. so, good game, too many glitches, and poor support.

I used to give this game 5 stars. But you've changed your ad policy recently, and that is really annoying. I will probably stop playing it. It's a pity you are spoiling a smart game interrupting it at every step with ads to utterly stupid ones. It became a waste of my time and a constant source of aggravation.
