It's completely idiotic that one needs an app to be able to receive a shipment. Receiving and sending should be made as easy as possible. Forcing to install and use an app for such a simple task is anything but easy. It only provides yet another way for attackers to target people, and creates unnecessary data protection concerns. If you can't deliver shipments without forcing people to use apps, perhaps you should consider other business ventures.

When there isn't an issue PostNord is an excellent service. But when there is an issue, PostNord easily has the worst customer service experience. I received a customs invoice TWO days after the payment deadline. I tried contacting them through their chatbot, but it's broken 90% of the time. The 10% percent of the time it does work customer service is busy anyways, so it tells you to try again later. They increased the deadline recently, but didn't bother to give me a chance to pay the invoice.

Completely useless app. It reports the same informations you can get anywhere else, the chat bot works only during office hours, 9-16. Most of the time the messages fails to be sent and those that goes through are replied "we're delivering it" or "all operators are very busy". What kind of service is this?! Why did you even bother to build an app if none is answering! Just focus on delivering the packages!
