1. I get a "Unable to load today's edition" error near constantly making the app unusable. 2. When I do manage to load a story, the font is stuck in a serif based font. This is a massive no-no from an accessibility point of view and there appears no obvious way to change it to something more readable. (also the case on the Times website) . I won't pay for a subscription that is uncomfortable to read when other news channels use accessible fonts for no charge at all. Rubbish app

All of a sudden the Times Live app just says "Login Failed" on one of our mobiles when we try to use it - we have temporarily circumvented the problem by accessing via Chrome, but not ideal! Any ideas? We have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, also switching off the mobile - neither solutions work. Any suggestions? Also, the app has started using much more data than usual this month. I regularly have to delete data and cache as all issues are held on the mobile storage - not ideal!

Good afternoon, we are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing these issues. We would suggest you check that your device software is upto date, the correct email address and password is being used. Our latest app will be displayed as a black box white a large white 'T'. We do hope this helps fix the issue. Many thanks.

App is overall very good, but recent updates terrible. I'm on Android and the puzzles are almost unusable now. Does anyone do any testing? For instance, try Square Routes, you click on a cell to enter a value and you get glitching, flashing and the page kind of reloads. If you're doing a Sudoku and you go to Inspect, the response flashes up on the screen for less than a second and then disappears. Back button doesn't take you straight out of the app, but through a number of prior pages.
